Cultivating Mindfulness for Healing

Whether you are experiencing stress from an external source, struggling to heal after making a chance in your life, or are looking for an outlet to find calm and peace, mindfulness can be a great method for focusing, breathing, and finding comfort. Mindfulness is a form of meditation that is centuries old, connected to Buddhism and meditation practice. Simply by closing your eyes, focusing on your breathing, and being still, you are able to find calm and press pause on all of the many things that may be going on around you. Stress and anxiety can build up and prevent your healing process from moving forward- consider mindfulness as a method of healing to support the other steps of your journey.
