ACCESSIBILITY

ELIMINATING THE GEOGRAPHY BARRIER

NuLife is leading the way to making treatment more accessible. NuLife has developed the first and only complete treatment program that can come to you. Using leading edge technology, our therapists and counselors can facilitate group and individual sessions remotely – from the comfort of your own home. All you need is an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or TV.

Nulife’s intensive outpatient program includes multiple group sessions per week, individual therapy, consultation with a psychiatrist (when necessary), and family therapy sessions. Once this 8-16 week program is successfully completed, the individual may step down into a less intensive outpatient basis – which is usually one to three days per week.

The NuLife Virtual evidence based program has allowed us to help people in a more meaningful way. According to the National Institute On Drug Abuse (NIDA), research has shown unequivocally that good outcomes are contingent on adequate lengths of treatment. Our evidenced based continuum of care is designed to further reduce the possibility of relapse.

Faces of Drug Abuse

Telehealth Drug Treatment Process

NuLife’s virtual outpatient treatment program begins after a person has undergone medical detox and 30 days of inpatient residential treatment as well as intensive outpatient treatment. In this last phase of recovery, phase three, a person may be living in a sober living home, or back at home beginning their new journey in recovery. NuLife’s telehealth program allows a person the opportunity to meet with the same level of care on a daily basis from the comfort of their home or work.

The Need for Telehealth Drug Rehab Treatment

One person dies every ten minutes from a drug overdose. Statistics show a correlation between long lasting recovery and the length of time someone is in treatment. Many people entering recovery must return to work and re-establish their lives in society after the first three phases of recovery (detox, inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment). Attending meetings and working with counselors and therapy teams can be hard to balance, and some people who have struggled with substance abuse may relapse. Working with a telehealth program can help people maintain treatment outside of a recovery facility.
